One can see that libopenmpi1.3 has been removed from the file as
expected, but libopenmpi1.6 hasn't been added to this file, so that
it doesn't have "Auto-Installed" information. I suspect that it is
0 (manual installation) by default. Indeed, if I run aptitude and
search for libopenmpi1.6, it does not have the A flag, i.e. it is
regarded as manually installed, as announced before the upgrade.
