Actually lines like @@HERE@@ below look like they are doing nothing,
so perhaps should instead optionally give "full disclosure" that they
really are in fact changing certain things.

# aptitude install

  libqpdf8

Perhaps add "and 1 uninstalled package's install flag unset"...

OK, I do recall mentioning similar cases... for the forbid actions...
