Indeed. diff says:

Still the case, too. You can easily spot the difference if you compare
en/images/broken-snapshot.png and fr/images/broken-snapshot.png: the
red line at the bottom showing the keybindings for handling conflict
resolving is missing in the French version.

I've splitted up these two issues into two separate bug reports.
