[Aptitude-devel] Bug#610955: Wrong calculations about string sizes with russial locales

I think that #610955 is related to #350202.  Not merging or doing
other triaging actions because I don't have time for deeper
investigation at the moment.

But I think that this is a general problem when languages require more
than 1 byte to represent the charsets.
