[Aptitude-devel] Bug#764299: doing other jobs during forbid-version startles user

Here we observe the user asks aptitude to do something and aptitude
(seemingly instead) decides to do something unrelated:
# aptitude forbid-version chromium

Yes it is pleasant that aptitude remembers to take out the trash on the
way to the grocery store, but mom just sees him leaving the house with
the trash bucket, no saying a word about if he heard her instructions
about going to the grocery store.
Well it turns out he did in face go to the grocery store, but one must
use aptitude search chromium to confirm it.
Also many messages are seen, but none about what we wanted aptitude to
do in the first place.
