Thanks for the report. This already has been reported in
https://bugs.debian.org/782777, but your report mentions a different
set of libraries than before, so adds something.
A few questions to see if previously noticed commonalities are still
valid:
* Do you have either experimental or also stable in the sources.list?
* Did it happen immediately after upgrading apt to 1.0.9.8 or only
later, after some package management actions (apt-get update, e.g.
via cron, etc.) happened?
