At history.log.2.gz:

Start-Date: 2015-05-31 18:51:58
Commandline: apt install apt-transport-https
Install: apt-transport-https:amd64 (1.1~exp8), libapt-pkg4.15:amd64
(1.1~exp8, automatic)
Upgrade: apt:amd64 (1.0.9.10, 1.1~exp8)
End-Date: 2015-05-31 18:52:01

I don't like apt installing experimental software without -t
experimental or /experimental, but it is ok, It is my fail and I did
not read what package was going to be installed

The line continue with contrib and non-free. But was a false hint from me.

Thank you, after deleting lists files / downgrading to apt pkgs,
aptitude is working again.
