[Aptitude-devel] Bug#796504: aptitude: package titles appear as garbage text in Resolve Dep. window

Package: aptitude
Version: 0.7-1+b1
Severity: normal

Dear Maintainer,

When opening the Resolve Dependencies windows, a subset of the packages titles
are shown as random bytes instead, which changes after each keystroke.

Looking at the system info below, it seems aptitude is currently built against
ncruses 5.9 while the latest version in unstable is 6.0, so maybe that's the
root of the problem.
