Hrm, I checked all packages which have an update due on one Testing
and one Unstable box. So it may be consistent per session and I got
two sessions where this was the same by chance.

That's my conclusion from your comments, too. Raising the severity
from wishlist to normal hence, since I consider randomness at this
place a real bug and not just a missing feature.
