As mentioned on IRC this sounds very similar (despite not identical)
to the wrong (or none) descriptions, maintainer or homepage field
being displayed for "Obsolete and Locally Created Packages" I ran into
as reported in https://bugs.debian.org/800570.

Yeah, but at least I can't reproduce it here with the difference
between today's morning and noon mirror push. I'll keep an eye on that
for the next few mirror pushes at least.
