Control: reopen -1
>>On the command-line:
>># equivs-build virtual.control
>># dpkg -i test-provider_10_all.deb
>># aptitude show test-provider | grep Provides:
>>Provides: coreutils, dpkg, test-nonexistent
>I implemented this, now it shows:
> Provides: coreutils (1000), dpkg (1:0), test-nonexistent (1.0)
>(will omit parentheses and version if version empty)
>From David, APT's developer:
Please show "coreutils (= 1000)" like it is in the control file rather
than "coreutils (1000)". Its unlikely that something else than "="
will ever be supported, but just in case and to not confuse people
reading aptitude output and expecting it to be valid syntax.
So reopening, to have this into account.
