I saw the valgrind errors before (happens all the time, I believe), I
think that all of them come from libapt, but never got around to
report them among other reasons because apt-1.1 is going to be moved
to unstable Real Soon Now (TM) and maybe they were fixed directly or
indirectly.
So I don't know if you want to report them now, otherwise I will keep
an eye on them in the future.
