The dependencies shown are clearly those of apt-file from experimental
as it depends on apt >= 1.1~.
But IIRC the two versions shown in the upper right corner are the
installed and the to-be-installed version. Which IMHO is correct, but
admittedly confusing.
Maybe those two versions in this view should be prefixed with
"Installed:" and "Available:" and maybe complemented with a third
version number prefixed with "Shown:".
