Yeah, that could help. For me, gcc-6 appeared in buildd-unstable on
incoming.debian.org today, so maybe some cruft has been removed from
experimental before it actually hit unstable.

But that would imply that the package has been listed under "Installed
packages" before and _is_ now listed under "Obsolete and locally
installed packages", i.e. just changed the main branch under which it
showed up.
