Note that I can at least notice a related issue with aptitude 0.7.2-1
or later: libgnomevfs2-0 was automatically installed by the installer,
then I manually installed aptitude 0.7.2-1 (i.e. this was the first
version installed), and I can notice now that libgnomevfs2-0 is
marked as manually installed (though I have never forced its manual
installation). It had only been upgraded by aptitude 0.7.5
(libgnomevfs2-0:amd64 1:2.24.4-6.1 -> 1:2.24.4-6.1+b1).
