Control: found -1 0.8.2-1

Still occurs (empty list for the reason). This time, the removed
packages were:

[REMOVE, NOT USED] vlc-plugin-notify:amd64 2.2.4-3
[REMOVE, NOT USED] vlc-plugin-samba:amd64 2.2.4-3

due to the vlc rebuild (2.2.4-3 -> 2.2.4-3+b1).
