Depends on the amount of entries in /etc/apt/sources.list

Depends. If you want us to reproduce the issue, that tar ball contains
all of your environment to start aptitude with the very same
environment. That's the only purpose of aptitude-create-state-bundle,
but sending less doesn't allow us to start aptitude in exactly the
same environment.
