The main change in the last versions was the inclusion of Hostname by
default in the header (from requests in other reports).

I now changed the default widths and expansion/shrinking of the more
important fields so this will hopefully will not be an issue with
80-width terminals.

The header line can be changed in the options anyway
(aptitude::UI::Package-Header-Format, from the Options menu, command
line or config file), e.g. to remove the program name or version if you
don't want it shown.
