That's already there:

On the commandline: aptitude search '!~M ~i'

In the TUI: Press "l" for "limit", then enter "!~M" as filter.

The commandline version needs the additional "~i" to limit the output
to installed packages while this is not necessary in the TUI as that's
one of the grouping properties.
