[Aptitude-devel] aptitude: close failed in file object destructor: sys.excepthook is missing lost sys.stderr

Hi folks,

Whenever I open the aptitude curses UI and press ggq (go, go, quit) in
quick succession, I get this output spewed over the terminal with black
text and white background where the text is.

close failed in file object destructor:
                                       sys.excepthook is missing
                                                                lost sys.stderr

I assume this is caused by one of the apt hooks I have installed.
Is there any way for apt/aptitude to tell me which hook this is?
Should aptitude suppress output from hooks when the UI is open?
