So this is the real problem now, your package FTBFS.

About php-gettext, php7.0-common (src: php7.0) provides php-gettext,
that's presumably why the "real" package providing php-gettext (source:
php-gettext) doesn't get pulled in.

You can add a dependency on the exact version of the "real" package if
for some reason php7.0-common as provider of php-gettext is not working
for your package.

So I guess that we can close the bug report now?
