Now that's indeed unexpected. Can you check what "apt-config dump |
fgrep -i Move-Autobit-Sections" yields for you?

Looks like this here:

APT::Move-Autobit-Sections:: "contrib/oldlibs";
APT::Move-Autobit-Sections:: "non-free/oldlibs";
APT::Move-Autobit-Sections:: "restricted/oldlibs";
APT::Move-Autobit-Sections:: "universe/oldlibs";
APT::Move-Autobit-Sections:: "multiverse/oldlibs";

(IIRC, this is part of the default value, which also contains
"metapackages" in addition to "oldlibs".)

shirish: It would also be interesting what the output of this command
is on your machine.
