It would be nice to include an explanation as to why, because I don't
see any reason whatsoever.

deborphan is kind of unneeded for more than a decade and nowadays not
very well maintained, it seems.

If it's because deborphan performs some of the functions that aptitude
does, then should all browsers point to all other browsers' doc, for
example?  [Rethoric question].
