Yes, and it compiled fine again after I upgraded g++-8 and gcc-8 to
8.3.0-5. I suspect this is a case of of
https://bugs.debian.org/926234, which was introduced in 8.3.0-2,
boost-related (aptitude uses boost) and was fixed in 8.3.0-5 which is
not yet in buster.
I'll build it a few more times with 8.3.0-5 to make sure it's not
non-deterministic, but I'm optimistic, that this is a duplicate of
#926234 in g++-8 8.3.0-2 to 8.3.0-4.

At least this morning 6:02 UTC, g++-8 8.3.0-5 was not yet available on
armhf Raspberry Pi running Debian Sid. And according to
https://buildd.debian.org/status/package.php?p=gcc-8 the armhf build
only finished ("installed") around 6:54 UTC, so it very likely wasn't
yet available to a build having started at 06:54:26 UTC this morning.
I currently don't have my SSO client certificate handy. Can you
schedule another reproducible builds rebuild on armhf? At least on my
Sid Raspberry Pi, 8.3.0-5 is now available on armhf, too.

If the armhf builds are fixed the next rebuild, too, I'm very
confident, that it is.
Regards, Axel
