I've started implementing the support for multi-hop requests in Babel.
It's slightly incomplete right now -- multi-hop requests should be
correctly sent and forwarded, but replies are not forwarded yet, and
lost requests are not resent.

The new version is installed on huponomos, alpha, beta, and pirx.
