[Babel-users] Symptoms of multiple simultaneous instances

Hi,

The babel daemon does not currently protect itself against being run
multiple times.  If you see your network converging than diverging
again immediately after that, you've probably got multiple Babel
instances running on a single machine.

I'll make sure in a future version that you cannot run multiple Babel
instances on a single machine; for now, you've just got to be careful.
