You will find version 0.9 of the Babel routing daemon on

This version implements a proper configuration language that allows
fine-grained specification of input, output and redistribute filters.

The flags -4, -x and -c are no longer supported (their functionality
is subsumed by the filtering language), so please update your scripts.
