[Babel-users] Missing Neighbour

I have another problem, I made a loop with 3 nodes. When I remove one connection in that loop, Babel successfuly re-route packets. But when I connect back again that connection, sometimes babel process dont "see" that link(neighbour). I can ping over that reestablished connection.
I run Babel with : babel -l -d 3 -H 3 -C redistribute local ppp0 ppp1 ppp2 ppp3 ppp4 ppp5
I also try with/out option ipv6cp-use-persistent but there is no change.
If I restart Babel process, than is OK.
As it can be seen in debug log, first time when I disconnected and then connect it back it worked OK, in second iteration was a problem.
