[Babel-users] Major changes to data structures

I made some major changes to Babel's data structures last night.  The
new version didn't crash in 24 hours, and I'd be grateful if people
try it out before release.

There are no user-visible changes, except that the new version uses
less memory and lifts all arbitrary constraints (such as the maximum
number of routes etc.).

It's in the Darcs repository.  Please let me know if you crash it.
