[Babel-users] ANNOUNCE: babeld-0.97

Hi,

Babeld 0.97 is available on

  http://www.pps.jussieu.fr/~jch/software/files/babeld-0.97.tar.gz
  http://www.pps.jussieu.fr/~jch/software/files/babeld-0.97.tar.gz.asc

The config and log files have been renamed to babeld.  Other than that,
there's only a minor reworking of the command-line parser.

5 November 2009: babeld 0.97:

  * INCOMPATIBLE CHANGE: rename babel.{conf,log} to babeld.*.
  * Use getopt for parsing command-line options.
