Yes.

The usage scenario is that of a wireless node that simultaneously speaks
AHCP/Babel and is an access point for ordinary, unmodified nodes using
DHCP.  Such an access point wants to automatically grab an address range
for DHCP, without manual configuration.

The tricky bit is that you want to coordinate the DHCP server with AHCP,
so that it doesn't give out DHCP leases that are longer than the AHCP
lease.
