acquire one or more ipv4 and ipv6 prefixes and addresses for routing
purposes.

like, one ipv4 address for ipv4 legacy routing, 2 ipv4 subnets for lan
and dhcp-splash on wlan and 2 /64 prefixes for lan and wlan.

it should not be bound to a specific software, but in this case it's
openwrt, radvd and dnsmasq on openwrt kamikaze.

as i think, i will get a very long (1 week) lease from the ahcp server
and give out short (1h) leases via dhcp.

so, i should start decreasing my leasetime for dhcp until i get a new
ahcplease, then i can reconfigure my interfaces (or not, if i keep my
network(s)) and the game starts again.

or i acquire a new lease 1 hour earlier, so my old networks are still
valid for an hour and i can do some kind of transition to the new
network (like moving the old address to an alias interface, putting the
new address on the interface and restart dnsmasq)

in all these cases, ahcpd should not try to handle this by itself, it is
job of other parts of the operation system, which have to be triggered
by ahcpd.

Am i wrong with this?
