The main change is a tweak to the way we change routes on Linux
platforms that should hopefully avoid dropping packets (thanks to Julien
Cristau and Dave Taht).  This version also fixes a bug that would
prevent correct parsing of duplicate interface definitions in the config
file (noticed by Matthieu Boutier).

  * Changed the strategy used to tweak an installed route in a way that
    should avoid packet loss (thanks to Dave Taht).
  * Fixed the handling of duplicate interface definitions in the config
    file (thanks to Matthieu Boutier).
