[Babel-users] babel freebsd 1.3.1 port

Hi,

The 1.3.1 source needs a small modification to compile properly in
FreeBSD. It's just the order of header includes:

Also note that I can segfault babeld using a judicious choice of
commandline arguments (1.0, 1.2 and 1.3 have this problem):

Segmentation fault (core dumped)
