[Babel-users] Heads up: minor change to local interface

Hi,

As requested by the reseaulibre.ca folks, I've added an "done" marker
to the local interface that is sent after the initial dump.  This
shouldn't break anything, since you should already be ignoring lines
that your software doesn't understand.

It is therefore now possible to say something like

   nc ::1 33123 | sed '/^done$/q'

and get just the initial route dump.
