After more tests, the same bug shows up in the following
configurations:

- Archlinux, linux 3.8.7, IPv6 tunnel, babeld 1.3.5 (original test)
- Archlinux, linux 3.8.7, IPv6 tunnel, babeld 1.3.0
- Archlinux, linux 3.8.7, IPv6 tunnel, babeld 1.2.0
- Archlinux, linux 3.8.7, IPv6 tunnel, babeld 1.1.1

- Archlinux, linux 3.8.6, native IPv6, babeld 1.3.5

However, it does not show up in the following configuration:

- Ubuntu, linux 2.6.32, native IPv6, babeld 1.3.0

This probably means that the issue is in the kernel, I'll try with an
older kernel.
