I've updated babeld to 1.5.0 in Openwrt:

It should be built automatically and reach snapshots within 24 hours:
http://downloads.openwrt.org/snapshots/trunk/

Note that I couldn't test the package; do not hesitate to install it and
send bug reports if necessary (in particular about options for the new
RTT-based metric).
