I note that my version captured whether or not IPV6_SUBTREES was
compiled in. I would suspect many distro packagers would not know
about that option unless it was more widely shown in the Makefile or
elsewhere as an option.
Also, trying this on my road osx box, shows that -lrt is not needed on that OS.
