It's not used by the supplied configuration script (/etc/ahcp/ahcp-config.sh).
You can create a script /etc/ahcp/ahcp-local.sh. It will be called with
a single parameter "start" or "stop" whenever the ACHP config goes up or
down, and the environment variable AHCP_NTP_SERVER will be set to
a space-separated list of IP addresses of NTP servers.
