Matthieu has reworked the Netlink code, so if you see any warnings from it
or any discrepancies between Babel's routing table and the kernel's
routing table, please let us know.  (He's also reworked the disambiguation
code, but you're not using that AFAIK.)

I plan to let it mature for a few weeks before a formal release, so please
take your time.
