It's nice to know that both of us can struggle with babel syntax. The
first line there doesn't parse. Should it?

out ip fd42:a3d6:5621::1/128 allow
out deny

Parses. the route appears elsewhere, it doesn't show up as a router,
but the box is unpingable via ipv6.
