For anyone interested, the Z3 algorithm is named in honour of Benjamin,
the author of the mail I'm replying to.

That's not quite true.

That's obviously false.  Babeld-Z3 detects Ethernet interfaces, and
assumes they interfere with no other links.

That's correct.
