Thanks for all your answers. The first comment is clear. The second one,
well, once one knows what to expect then one would understand section
3.8.1.2 in that way, but IMHO for uninformed person the RFC6126bis
version of that section is even harder to understand properly than one
form RFC6126.

For the seqno request timeouts, IMHO it would be better to have some
suggested values in Appending B like for other values. Total number of
retransmissions is probably less important than retransmission timeout
value.
