That's pretty good.  We'll reach your 64k target when we get around to
fixing the resend data structure and implement pacing in the buffer
flushing code.

What happens if you disable all forms of AQM on the outgoing interface?
I.e. use large FIFO queues both at the interface layer and in the wifi
driver?
