Babeld-1.8.4 is available from

This is hopefully the last release in the babeld-1.8 branch, and the last
release to implement the old source-specific protocol.

  * Fixed a bug that discarded pipelined commands received on the local
    configuration interface.
  * Added the per-interface option rfc6126-compatible.
