I have a whole rant about hating struct timeval aching to come out of
me. not doing that today.

I'm also under the impression (haven't looked) that libmusl still
doesn't have glibc's wonderful time vm page mapped trick?

PS I happen to like the kernel's 63 bit ktime implementation - 272
years of uptime ought to be enough for anybody, and if not, I'll be
long dead before someone can file that bug report.
