Crashed pretty badly ultimately... but at the time, I was testing too
much stuff. I have been upgrading that part of the network to a more
"pure" ubuntu 18 system and will try again after that's complete.

(Among other 18 annoyances, there's no ifup/ifdown command anymore,
systemd obsoleted it with something "better". Lets not rant on that.)

Another problem I may have in the near future is that I'd like babeld
to have an overridable martians and bogons list, much like how FRR/bird
do....
