Thank you for clearly identifying what you were seeing. I see that
ffff:0.0.0.0 all over my entire network, not just here.... and I DO
run some out of tree patches. So testing your exact release candidate
on the nexthop, I get the correct output here, with the correct
refmetric. (so your refmetric fix is real)
