Send a spoofed ND packet.  Trivial DoS.

Section 1.2 of the draft says:

   If the assumptions above are met, the protocol described in this
   document has the following properties:

   o  it is invulnerable to spoofing [...]
   o  [...] it is invulnerable to replay [...]

It does not claim anything about DoS.  Section 7 of the draft makes the
following claim:

   it is probably not possible to be immune against denial of
   service (DoS) attacks in general,

(By DoS, I mean a person convinced that WiFi causes autism, who happens to
carry a loaded AR15 and an axe.)
