[Babel-users] Release 1.10?

Dear all,

I was planning an ambitious 2.0 release with HMAC and v4-via-v6¹, but then
things happened.  The current master contains some important fixes, and
removes the disambiguation code that nobody seems to be using.  I think
I'l release it as babeld-1.10.

Please let me know:

  - if current master works for you;
  - if there are any urgent fixes that I've missed.

I'd hope to release 1.10 by the end of next week.
